CAE Product Support
We currently have a vacancy for a CAE product support engineer to work with a highly successful engineering software house in the centre of Nottingham.
The CAE product Support group is responsible for customer support, software testing, customer documentation and marketing and so your responsibilities might include one or more of these according to your strengths.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background, good interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt & learn quickly.
Skills Required:
- PhD or 1st/2:1 degree from top university in a technical discipline (e.g. science, engineering, maths, computer science).
- Good A Levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Useful Skills:
Experience of the following would be advantageous, but are not essential.
- Previous experience of technical customer support.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and procedures.
- Experience of producing technical training manuals of software online help.
- WordPress for website design and administration.
Personal Attributes Required:
- You will have an ability to solve problems whilst working under pressure and to tight time scales.
- You should enjoy working as part of a well-integrated team but must also be capable of working independently.
- You will have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
