TRANSMISSION TEST HARDWARE

SMT have extensive experience in the testing of transmissions for development and can design, manufacture and supply test rigs to your specifications.

We have previously supplied test rigs for the testing of:

IN-SERVICE LOAD MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTATION

In addition to test rigs, SMT also develop and supply in-service load measurement equipment to capture design input data for automotive, aerospace and marine applications. This equipment is highly integrated and very compact and so can be fitted directly to end products. The high reliability and long lifetime of these instruments, even when in relatively poor working environments, means that high quality data can be collected while the component is ‘in service’ and can be incorporated directly into the design.
